Our client is part of a nationwide organization that serves multiple industries with waste management and a variety of environmental services. They are renowned for making our country and our industries better places by cleaning up and/or disposing of anything that can be hazardous to the environment or to our manufacturing facilities throughout the nation. Due to rapid growth in recent years, they are currently looking to hire a Technical/Industrial Sales Rep to cover the greater Pittsburgh PA area, other parts of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio. Main duties include:
- Full sales cycle of companies’ technical services to heavy industrial clients
- True ‘hunter’ mentality, aiding in the growth and expansion of the company into new clients and new industries
- Provide expertise-level service to existing clients
- Attend trade shows to promote the company and to network
- Closely monitor industry trends, forecast sales volumes within certain industries, formulate sales plans into new market segments
- At least a 2-year degree (BS degree highly desired)
- Proven sales experience within some sort of industrial cleaning service and/or waste management (hazardous or non)
- Strong ‘hunter’ mindset- ability to grow and generate new business within new industry segments
- Proven sales success
