As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the day-to-day human resources task to support the manufacturing plant
- Send payroll reports to corporate
- Partnering with the HR team to administer benefits and communication
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating hourly employees
- Oversee training and orientations for new personnel
- Ensure strong employee relations and resolve employee issues
- Ensure a positive work environment between management and hourly employees
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws
Requirements of the Human Resources Generalist include:
- A Bachelor`s Degree
- Previous experience in human resources generalist role
- Experience with benefits, recruiting, employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
