Our client is currently searching for an experienced Architect to join their team. They have been in business for over 100 years and have experienced tremendous success as an organization decade after decade. The current opening is for an Architect. Main duties include:
- Perform architectural/conceptual design for K-12 and Higher Education projects
- Utilize Revit for design work
- Complete required technical documentation
- Assist in business development efforts including client presentations
- Support junior staff, mentor and train
- Stay abreast of industry standards, construction techniques, product development
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience
- Must be a licensed Architect
- Must be very detail-oriented, self-starter, analytical
- Prior experience with liability and contract language
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior work experience in K-12 and Higher Education preferred
