Our client is a family-owned business that has been around for over 50 years, providing a unique service for a handful of industries and companies throughout northern Ohio. Their plant near Avon, OH, is state-of-the-art with the equipment they use to provide this unique service. Due to immense growth over the past year, they have expanded their workforce and are now looking to hire an Industrial Electrician.
Main duties of the Industrial Electrician include:
- Electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting of chemical-type plant equipment
- 480 Volt repair of large-scale boilers and piping systems
- Instrumentation and controls troubleshooting
- Ensuring electrical safety on plant equipment
- Lock-Out/Tag-Out
- Wiring and power distribution of plant equipment
Qualifications include:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience (ideally out of an environment similar to Chemical)
- Experience with Instrumentation and Controls is strongly preferred
- High voltage power experience
- Electrical Safety, Lock-Out/Tag-Out exp.
