As Electrical Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting
- Testing and troubleshooting equipment
- Analyzing data
- Optimizing and integrating systems and equipment
- Improving processes
- Increasing/improving plant safety and quality
- Planning and implementing capital projects
- Improving reliability
- Supporting maintenance
- Managing arc flash and LOTO programs
To be considered for the Electrical Controls Engineer position you must have:
- A BS in Electrical Engineering or similar, along with at least 5 years of previous experience in a manufacturing facility
- PLC and HMI programming experience
- Experience working with high voltage electricity
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with ISO, OSHA, EPA
