To help meet this demand, one of their most pressing needs is for a Production Supervisor with heavy manufacturing experience.

- Previous experience leading production efforts in a high-speed, fast-paced manufacturing setting. Metal forming experience preferred
- Experience leading continuous improvement efforts, Lean initiatives, and process improvements
- The ability to work third shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
