Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product development through effective quality plans and DFM elements
  • Maintain customer contact during advanced design engineering stages and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as point contact for the company and OEM during design development process and attend customer design review meetings
  • Lead internal design review meetings, develop advance phase BOM/BOP, and support error proofing and continuous improvement activities
  • Support customer quoting process and maintain program historical cost information
  • Participate in cross functional teams and support APQP and other groups for design relevant issues and engineering change requirements
  • Support NBD KPIs and special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient in CAD software and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to interpret drawings and minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 5 years of program management experience
  • Understanding/experience of plastics injection molding, painting, and secondary assembly processes preferred
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and presentation experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong math background.
