As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching, training and mentoring employees
- Ensuring quality and safety
- Meeting/exceeding production goals
- Monitoring KPIs
- Reducing OT
- Improving processes
To be considered for the Manufacturing Supervisor position, you must have:
- Previous production supervision experience in a manufacturing facility
- A degree is a plus but not required
- Willingness and ability to work 2nd shift
- Hands-on skills
- Excellent communication skills
