They supply major automotive companies which leads to high demand and constant production. Our client is in need of an Assistant Quality Manager.

Duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Quality Manager include:
Customer and supplier quality
Coaching, training and mentoring employees
Maintaining ISO and TS certifications
Ensuring the quality of parts produced both in house and with suppliers Capability studies
Using quality control tools
Leading corrective actions and root cause analysis
Investigating and resolving issues
Reducing costs, supporting continuous improvements
Preparing quality documentation and paperwork (FMEA, Control Plans, CPK)
Requirements for the Assistant Quality Manager position include:
A degree is preferred, not required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous automotive quality manufacturing experience
Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, CpK analysis, etc. Any quality certifications are a plus (ISO auditor, CQE, Six Sigma, etc.)
Some relocation assistance will be provided
