The current opening is for an Environmental Engineer. Main duties include:
- Manage the plant site air, water, and waste compliance programs
- Ensure all environmental regulations are met
- Perform all required environmental permitting and reporting
- Assist with ISO 14001 audits
- Utilize/troubleshoot air pollution control equipment, radiation detection equipment, water systems and other monitoring systems
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar function
- Prior ISO 14001 experience
- Commitment to safety
- Highly analytical, strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrable experience in environmental regulations such as air, water, hazardous waste
