They are a family-owned company that values their employees and need to add a talented New Product Development Engineer to their team.
As New Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Working with multiple plant departments to identify new product ideas, innovations and technologies
- Working with customers to identify needs
- Comparing new technologies with current processes
- Implementing new technologies
- Participating in technical reviews
- Managing projects; writing reports and documentation when needed
- Designing and developing new products
- A BS in Engineering, ideally Mechanical or Electrical, along with at least 5 years of previous product development experience in HVAC or similar. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
