Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- -Work collaboratively with key customers and internal operations to ensure product availability, quality, pricing, and overall customer satisfaction
- -Assist in order entry and product tracking
- -On-board new clients and maintain existing client relationships
- -Follow customer claim from initial reporting to quality review
- -Coordinate client shipping notifications and supporting documents
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative include:
- -Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar position for an automotive supplier or similar high-volume manufacturer
- -Sales and marketing experience preferred
- -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- -Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP experience preferred
