Currently, our client is looking to hire a talented Maintenance Supervisor.

The current opening is for a Maintenance Supervisor. Main duties include:
Support all aspects of maintenance in steel mill operation
Evaluate equipment performance and condition to identify potential failures
Plan and implement preventative repairs
Schedule and supervise Union maintenance associates
Assist and oversee all planning, preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and troubleshooting
Help plan large capital projects and installs
Ensure safety on plant floor, lock-out tag-out, PPE, etc.
Minimum qualifications of the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:
4-year degree in engineering preferred, open on education in lieu of professional experience
Strong ability to manage union personnel
Experience working in a steel mill environment or similar
Must possess strong leadership and communication skills
Must be a proactive problem-solver, strong troubleshooter
