Innovations in several of their key product lines have led to continued growth, and they are quickly adding talent to meet this demand. One of Their most pressing needs is for a Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include:
- Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance personnel to ensure machine reliability, up-time, and efficiency, while reducing repairs and break downs in a metal forming and assembly environment on 1st-Shift
- Partner with plant management, maintenance manager, and shift production manager to coordinate preventative maintenance and repair schedules
- Assist in the development and tracking of department budget and cost savings strategies
- Previous experience leading maintenance and skilled trades personnel in a manufacturing environment
- The willingness to be hands-on and work on equipment as need be
- Robotic troubleshooting experience preferred
- Non-union manufacturing experience preferred
