Our client is a global manufacturing organization that is a recognized award-winning supplier within their industry. They have experienced tremendous growth in recent years by developing new products and new technologies that are changing the dynamics of both their company and this industry. Just last year the company moved into a brand-new Corporate office. They are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a small team of Accounting Specialists.
Main duties of the A/R Supervisor include:
- Directly lead/manage a small team of A/R individuals, including hiring and training
- Work closely with the VP of Accounting/Finance ensuring financial needs/goals are being met
- Evaluate new customers regarding payments
- Potentially implement new A/R processes and procedures to be more effective
- Assist in collections and billings
Qualifications include:
- AS or BS degree in Accounting or Finance strongly desired, but not required
- Experience within A/R, ideally for a manufacturing organization
- Strong leadership
- MS Office skills
