Our client is a full-turnkey manufacturing supplier providing automated production systems, advanced robotics engineering, and top-of-the-line production equipment. The company was founded in the early 1970’s and has been growing ever since. Our client has operations all over the world, but is currently searching for a talented Lead Wiring Technician at their Columbus, OH facility. You will be an integral part of this production team, offered a great hourly rate, top-notch benefits, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
The current opening is for a Lead Wiring Technician. Main duties include:
- Perform electrical wiring of automated production systems
- Cable harness assembly
- Soldering
- Support manufacturing, including overseeing the build and testing of production equipment
- Occasional travel to customer locations when necessary
Qualifications for the Wiring Technician include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong experience with control panel fabrication
- Prior experience with electrical wiring
- Prior experience utilizing electric and pneumatic tools
- Reliable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to travel to customer locations approximately 25% of the time
