The current opening is for a Quality Technician. Main duties include:
- Improve product quality and conformance to customer expectations
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Increase material flow and reduce bottlenecks
- Alert quality leadership to non-conformances
- Participate in continuous improvement activities in the facility
- Collect data for product and process quality improvement
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar function
- Prior work experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or Tableau a plus
- Highly analytical, strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
