This manufacturing company has been in business for more than 50 years.  Our client is privately held and has over 400 employees in four locations across the U.S.  They are a tier-1 and tier-2 automotive supplier, and business is booming.  Working for this company you will receive great benefits, matching 401(k), great PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a family-friendly and flexible work environment.

The current opening is for a Business Development Manager. Main duties include:
  • Develop, maintain, and grow existing and new automotive OE and tier accounts
  • Increase revenue, market penetration, and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to develop technical solutions
  • Assess customer needs to select best product options
  • Formulate price and negotiation strategies
  • Manage all aspects of assigned strategic accounts
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time
Qualifications include:
  • 4-year degree required
  • Prior work experience with Toyota accounts highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar function
  • Ability to travel, approximately 50% travel required in this role
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
