The current opening is for a Chemical Process Engineer. Main duties include:
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the production floor
- Act as the technology expert for all Company processes
- Provide chemical engineering expertise for the Operation
- Ensure high standards for safety, environmental, and production performance
- Assist in development of SOP’s
- Help to develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement events
- Make sure there is adequate training for operations personnel
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering required
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in a similar function
- Hands-on
- Prior experience working in a chemical production facility
- Demonstrated experience with requirements of PSM
- Excellent interpersonal skills
