The current opening is for a Reliability Engineer. Main duties include:
- Support plant operations regarding mechanical integrity, equipment reliability, machine uptime
- Develop and implement continuous improvement events for processes and production equipment
- Achieve targets related to productivity, reliability, and costs
- Oversee the plant’s mechanical integrity program
- Assist with capital equipment projects, project management
Qualifications include:
- B.S. in Engineering
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar engineering function
- Prior work experience in mechanical maintenance and reliability
- Strong hands-on problem-solving ability
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing, CI, or Sig Sigma techniques
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
