They are in need of a Quality Engineer with automotive experience to join their team.
As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and improving quality systems
- Working with customers to resolve issues
- Using root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Creating control plans and inspection standards
- Driving continuous improvements
- Performing internal audits
- Promoting 5S
To be considered for the Quality Engineer position, you must have:
- A degree is highly preferred but not required, along with at least 3 years of previous automotive quality experience
- Customer quality background
- Experience with auditing and inspections
- Experience with PFMEA, Poke-Yoke, 5S, Lean/Six Sigma
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read blueprints
