Our client is need of a Maintenance Manager. This is a full time, direct hire position.
Duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include:
- Coaching, mentoring and training maintenance associates
- Overseeing plant and facility maintenance including utilities (HVAC, refrigeration, wastewater, piping), automation (PLC, HMI, Ethernet, controls) and equipment (pumps, pneumatics, conveyors, heat exchangers), etc.
- Managing plant projects and maintaining budgets
- Implementing a preventative and predictive maintenance program
Requirements of the Maintenance Manager:
- BS in Engineering is preferred; equivalent experience will be accepted
- Experience with facility and plant maintenance is required, along with previous supervision experience
- Any maintenance certifications are desired (master electrician, boiler operation, ammonia operation, HVAC) Experience with SAP and CMMS is a plus
- Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred
- Local candidates are preferred, but relocation assistance can be provided
