Job Duties
- Maintain and ensure the proper operation of all equipment.
- Prioritize safety and supervise the maintenance team.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and assist in budget planning.
- Collaborate on equipment upgrades and installations.
- Track repair history and provide corrective actions for failures.
- Act as the Environmental Management Representative (SWPPP operator).
- Report on manpower, maintenance, and downtime causes.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma with 10 years manufacturing experience or Associate’s degree with 5 years.
- 3 years in machine design and supervisory experience in a union shop.
- Proficiency with PM software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of machine design, electrical/mechanical systems, and plant equipment.
- Strong delegation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
