Our client is a leading company and established non-union manufacturer that has been making quality products for over 50 years! They are in need of a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and supporting the HR staff, plant management and associates
- Researching and analyzing trends in compensation and benefits to attract talented employees
- Administering personnel policies
- Conducting employee investigations, disciplinary meetings and terminations
- Employee relations
- Managing and leading recruiting, hiring, pre-employment screening and employee onboarding
- Leading benefits administration and open enrollment
- Coordinating workers' compensation, leaves of absence and 401K
- Coordinating employee events
- Maintaining OSHA logs and reports
To be considered for the Human Resources Manager position you must have:
- Previous human resource management experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility or similar, along with at least 5 years of experience.
- A BS degree or higher is highly preferred
- Any HR certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication skills; outgoing personality
- Have experience MS Word and Excel
- Experience with HRIS is desired
- Strong organization skills
- Local candidates are preferred, but some relocation assistance can be provided
