As Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and mentoring the Purchasing team
- Overseeing and ensuring the flow of materials, supplies and services
- Developing a strategic sourcing model
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
- Reducing costs and inventory control
- Evaluating and selecting freight and logistics suppliers
- Following IATF standards
- Achieving department metrics
To be considered for the Sourcing Manager position you must have:
- A BS degree or higher and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in purchasing, supply chain, materials or similar.
- Any certifications are a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills: strong negotiation skills
