They are family owned, proud of their history and look forward to continued future success. Our client is in need of a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. They offer great benefits including medical, dental, 401K, paid time off and more!
As Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Employee relations and supporting floor associates
- Employee recognition programs
- Assisting with recruiting, hiring, pre-employment screening and employee onboarding
- Benefits administration, assisting with payroll and open enrollment
- Maintaining employee attendance system
- Coordinating leaves of absence, STD, LTD, etc
- Coordinating employee events
- Maintaining OSHA logs and reports
- Previous human resource generalist experience, along with at least 2 years of experience. A BS is desired but equivalent experience will be considered. Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills; outgoing personality
- Have experience MS Word and Excel
- Strong organization skills
