Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Paid Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of maintenance personnel to ensure machine reliability, uptime, and efficiency on 2nd shift
• Partner with plant management and production teams to coordinate preventative maintenance and repair schedules
• Assist in budgeting and cost-saving initiatives for the maintenance department
• Troubleshoot and maintain robotic systems and machinery in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting
• Robotic troubleshooting experience (preferred)
• Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime (up to 10 hours/week)
• Union manufacturing experience (preferred)
