Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-volume automotive manufacturing operations with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage production, quality, and profitability metrics
• Drive production efficiencies using Lean methodology
• Oversee daily production and scheduling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to work 2nd shift
• Experience leading manufacturing operations and personnel in a production environment
• Proven experience in high-volume production, preferably in automotive
