Our client is a global manufacturing firm who services industries from automotive and aerospace, to food and beverage, and is actively seeking to hire a Field Service Coordinator. This person will be integral in the global growth of new market segments and patented technologies.
Main duties of the Field Service Coordinator include:
Use advanced ERP systems to schedule all installation and equipment service projects with key customers throughout North America
Work closely with the Field Service Manager on developing new clients with new product installations
Ensure the FSE’s are adhering to strict safety and product compliance while at customer sites
Handle up-to-the-minute service calls with customers, including occasional evening and weekend support
Ensure all appropriate equipment is available for FSE’s to handle full scope of service calls
Act as the face and voice of this corporation when handling service calls from key customers
Follow-up with customers, post service calls, to ensure full satisfaction
Qualifications for the Field Service Coordinator include:
BS or AS degree highly preferred
Strong scheduling experience using ERP systems
Exceptional customer support experience
Familiar with safety and product compliance pertaining to advanced and complex equipment
