Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of new automotive programs, including budgets, timelines, goals, and profitability.
- Manage and implement engineering design changes.
- Work closely with customers to ensure seamless program launches.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS automotive standards.
- Utilize tools like SPC, DFMEA, 8D, and Lean/Six Sigma to enhance program success.
- Support the development of new tooling for product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience leading new product development programs.
- Strong knowledge of automotive standards for product launches.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
