As Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Employee relations
Recruiting, interviewing an onboarding
Training
Benefits administration
Supporting associates
Other duties as assigned
To be considered for the Human Resources Coordinator position you must have:
A degree is preferred but not required
Previous human resources experience, ideally in manufacturing
Excellent communication skills; get along well with others
Ability to keep confidential information
Key skills: human resources, communication, employee relations
