As Assistant Environmental & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for:
Training and evaluating associates on EHS
Ensuring plant safety
Investigating any accidents/incidents
Implementing corrective actions
Leading monthly safety and environmental meetings
Developing EHS programs
Implementing cost reductions
Ensuring ISO and IATF conformance
To be considered for the Assistant Environmental and Safety Manager position you must have:
A degree is preferred, but not required, along with at least 2 years of previous EHS experience in a manufacturing facility ideally
Excellent communication skills
Works well with all levels of people within a plant environment
