Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets and workbooks, incorporating advanced formulas, data conversion, and analysis.
  • Review and validate data to ensure accuracy before presenting it to management.
  • Estimate costs for new business opportunities and provide insightful cost analysis.
  • Issue and evaluate Request for Quotes (RFQs), ensuring all details are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Input critical data into the ERP system, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Present cost analysis and findings to management and other divisions to support decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Recent graduates with some experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Excel, including creating cost tables, formulas, and complex data manipulation.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) is a plus.
  • Experience with RFQs is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
