Main duties of the Accountant include:
- General ledger and month-end accounting procedures
- Assist with all AP and AR policies and procedures
- Fixed asset accounting
- Internal and external auditing
- Assist with all company taxes
- Account reconciliation
- Analyzing and auditing all plant financial statements
- Work closely among a team of nearly 10 other Accountants
Qualifications include:
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 0-5 years of experience in Accounting (ideally within manufacturing)
- Experience with tax accounting practices
- Month-end, AP/AR, reconciliation experience
- Ability to work closely with others- excellent teamwork and communication
