Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality metrics and assist with defect analysis and quality improvement efforts

• Support process mapping, benchmarking, and make data-backed improvement recommendations

• Implement basic automation tools and simple workflows for data collection and monitoring

• Ensure data accuracy, maintain databases, and prepare real-time monitoring tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related manufacturing role (preferred)

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for data, detail-oriented, and eager to learn manufacturing processes
