Responsibilities:

• Construct wire harnesses, electrical panels, and custom electronic systems

• Interpret napkin sketches and conceptual drawings to bring functional systems to life

• Provide hands-on support for electrical system assembly and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with engineers to translate design intent into real-world builds

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with wire harness and control panel assembly

• Proficient in electrical system wiring and interpreting non-standardized designs

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a highly adaptable role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and passion for building
