A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced and innovative Safety Manager to lead all plant safety efforts. Ideal candidates will bring a strong manufacturing background—preferably in mining or heavy industry—and a proven track record of building a culture of safety. Responsibilities:

• Lead all safety initiatives across the facility, driving compliance and cultural engagement

• Develop and implement proactive safety programs and training

• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses

• Collaborate with operations, HR, and maintenance to ensure OSHA compliance and continuous improvement

• Serve as the point of contact for audits, safety metrics, and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in a manufacturing or mining environment

• Deep understanding of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Proven ability to implement successful safety programs and drive cultural change

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred
