Our client is a large tier-1 automotive supplier with manufacturing locations across North America. They have a large manufacturing and R&D facility near Dayton, OH and are currently searching for a Corporate Training Specialist due to growth. You will be provided excellent benefits with full family plans that cost as low as $50 per month! Benefits start the first of the month after hire date. You will work in a team-oriented engineering, R&D, and manufacturing environment.

The current opening is for a Corporate Training Specialist. Main duties include:
Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance associate’s productivity
Assess developmental needs
Drive training initiatives
Conduct monthly training as defined by the training matrix
Utilize various media to develop effective training materials
Conduct follow up studies to evaluate and measure training results
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or similar
Minimum of 3+ years of experience designing/implementing learning and development programs
Ability to work collaboratively across all levels in the company
Strong ability to multi-task
Excellent facilitation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
