This advanced manufacturer is a global corporation who has experienced tremendous growth and success over the past several years. They are currently searching for a talented and experienced Maintenance Manager. The current opening is for a Maintenance Manager. Main duties include:
- Direct and manage all activities associated with maintaining equipment and facilities
- Oversee and direct the work of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians
- Schedule preventative maintenance activities
- Oversee outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility
- Ensure production lines are kept in excellent condition
- Maintain proper stock of parts
- Develop and oversee the total maintenance and capital project yearly budgets
- Develop long-range budget projections
- Ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree in engineering
- In lieu of schooling, comparable work experience will be considered
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership function
- Past work experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Knowledge in manufacturing MRO systems
- TPM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and preventative maintenance
- Strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills
