This advanced manufacturer is a global corporation who has experienced tremendous growth and success over the past several years. They are currently searching for a talented and experienced HR Manager. The current opening is for an HR Manager. Main duties include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to support Company goals and objectives
- Direct the development of staffing strategies
- Develop and build hiring processes
- Handle college relations and lead sourcing and recruiting initiatives
- Create company strategic training and organizational development plans
- Design and develop compensation strategy and programs
- Direct the administration of benefit programs
- Evaluate company culture and recommend changes as necessary
- Recruit, train, and supervise department staff
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree preferred, or A.S. degree and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5+ years in a similar function
- SHRM-CP is preferred
- Prior work experience in manufacturing is preferred
- Prior work experience in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
