With industry-leading technology, recent plant expansions, and a highly automated facility, this leading company is positioned for long-term growth and stability. To keep up with recent demand, one of their most urgent needs is for an IT Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities of the IT Manager include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and optimize the performance and integration of the company’s ERP system (Plex preferred).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
- Oversee IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure security, performance, and scalability.
- Track and manage the IT department budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
Requirements of the IT Manager Engineer include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Equivalent professional experience without a degree considered
- Experience with Plex systems
- Minimum of 5 years in IT management roles.
