Our client is a top area manufacturer!  They offer excellent perks and benefits to their employees including paid time off, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, profit sharing, wellness programs and more!  They are in need of a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.  This a 4 on, 4 off rotating schedule position.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Coaching, training and mentoring employees
Improving processes and optimizing equipment
Leading troubleshooting and preventative maintenance 
Leading continuous improvements
Promoting a positive work environment
Driving change

To be considered for the Production/Maintenance Supervisor position you must have:
A strong industrial maintenance background (mechanical and electrical aptitude)
Experience leading maintenance employees in a production or manufacturing type environment (ideally heavy manufacturing)
Have strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work a rotating schedule (12 hours rotating starting at either 12am or 6pm, with 4 on then 4 off)
Experience with Lean manufacturing
A strong work ethic
