Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for both customer and internal operations
  • Lead IATF audits for the manufacturing operations
  • Develop and implement strategies for new products and process improvements
  • Provide leadership and clear communication across teams
  • Identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective countermeasures
  • Review and evaluate process changes to ensure quality standards are met

Job Duties:
  • Lead IATF certification processes and IATF audits
  • Lead the resolution of customer quality concerns with urgency and precision
  • Conduct product and process audits to ensure adherence to standards
  • Communicate findings and ensure countermeasures are implemented effectively
  • Assist in training team members on quality assurance practices
  • Manage investigations and launches for new products

Qualifications:
  • Proven accomplishments developing and leading IATF requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in quality assurance within an automotive setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
