To meet ever-increasing demand, they are urgently hiring a Civil Project Manager with bridge design experience.

Responsibilities of the Civil Project Manager include
-Lead and mentor a team of engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and professional growth.
-Provide guidance on design methodologies, code compliance, and industry best practices.
-Manage structural projects from concept through construction, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
-Lead efforts to expand the firm's structural and bridge engineering portfolio.
-Coordinate across disciplines, manage client expectations, and oversee preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
Requirements of the Civil Project Manager
-A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
-A PE License in IN, OH, KY or reciprocity
-Experience leading bridge or structural engineering development projects from concept through construction
-Strong project management and leadership skills
