Our client is located in Cincinnati, OH and are currently searching for an experienced Field Service Technician. The current opening is for a Field Service Technician. Main duties include:
- Repair, modify, test, and install industrial equipment and systems
- Travel to customer site locations approximately 20-30% of the time
- Assist in the build and assembly of industrial equipment in production shop
- Enter service orders in database and ERP systems
- Maintain service department call log
Qualifications for the Field Service Technician include:
- A.S. degree in technical field or high school diploma with 2+ years of experience
- Electromechanical background
- Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time
- Prior work experience with PLC’s, PCB’s, or other electronics helpful
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers, databases, and common software programs
