As People Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
Implementing HR policies
Overseeing all operations within the department
Working with multiple department heads
Recruiting and hiring employees
Employee relations
Training and onboarding
Maintaining/updating position descriptions
Benefits administration
Employee discipline and terminations
Managing projects
Creating budgets and business plans
To be considered for the People Operations Manager position you must have:
A degree is preferred, but not required, along with at least 3 years of previous human resources experience in a manufacturing facility (at least 500 people ideally)
Experience with payroll, recruiting, benefits, etc
Previous leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
Works well with all levels of people within a plant environment
