- Build KPI frameworks and analytical models to guide long-term operational and investment decisions.
- Partner across all departments to align operational plans with strategic priorities.
- Mentor accounting and materials teams, building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver executive-level business presentations and financial reports.
- Lead annual business planning activities and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Maintain financial compliance and integrity across the organization.
- Champion the company’s long-term strategic roadmap through data, insight, and cross-functional leadership.
