They are currently looking to hire an Assembly Technician. Main duties include:
Leading the hands-on build and mechanical assembly of highly complex automated systems
Occasionally travel (20-30%), mostly regional, to customer sites to aid in the installation of robotic systems
Read mechanical and electrical blueprints to determine proper assembly techniques
Assist in product testing efforts
Disassemble and diagnose automated robotic system issues
Troubleshoot and repair a multitude of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems
Qualifications include:
At least 1-2 years of experience with mechanical assembly of robotic and/or automation systems
Strong combination of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and assembly
Must be willing to travel- mostly regional. Travel estimated to be about 30-50%.
