They are now seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team.
The Engineering Manager will oversee a team of engineers, drive continuous improvement, support strategic initiatives, and ensure the effective execution of both internal and customer-driven projects. This is a key leadership position with significant visibility and the opportunity to influence the future of engineering within the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables for internal and external projects
- Drive and support strategic initiatives across the engineering function
- Develop, implement, and refine engineering processes and workflows
- Oversee employee engagement, performance reviews, goal-setting, and professional development
- Provide oversight and direction on automated equipment development initiatives
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience managing an engineering team of 7–10 engineers
- Demonstrated success mentoring and developing engineering talent
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with automated equipment development
