As a supplier to industrial, residential, and contracting sectors, they have one of the most diversified and growing client bases in their product category. A recent expansion into the European and Southeast Asia markets has ensured their place at the top of their market and continued growth for the foreseeable future. To continue their current trajectory, they are looking to hire a Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Help shape and implement the company’s marketing approach and priorities
• Oversee a range of marketing activities including branding, digital efforts, content, and events
• Support product positioning and go-to-market efforts
• Develop materials that assist sales and customer communication
• Gather and interpret market and customer insights to inform direction
• Monitor marketing performance and help guide investment decisions
• Lead and support the marketing team
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen market presence
• Maintain consistency across messaging and brand touchpoints
• Contribute to broader business planning and growth initiatives
• Encourage a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
• Background in marketing, business, or a related field
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
• Experience in marketing, with some time in a leadership capacity
• Exposure to B2B or industrial markets is helpful
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM platforms, and analytics is a plus
• Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities
